pprep is provided by Cliq Health Technologies Ltd, a UK company. You can reach us at hello@pprep.io.

pprep is a parent-led learning tool, intended to be set up and supervised by a parent, guardian or educator on behalf of a child. It's for personal, family and classroom learning use — not for commercial resale.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity that happens under your account, including your child's use of pprep while supervised. Please let us know promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Please use pprep as intended. In particular, don't:

• misuse, disrupt or try to break the service or its security;
• copy, resell or redistribute pprep's content or activities;
• attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying software or data; or
• use pprep in any unlawful way.

The activities, questions, designs and other content in pprep belong to Cliq Health Technologies Ltd (or our licensors) and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may use them within pprep for learning, but not copy or share them outside it without our permission.

pprep is designed to support and supplement a child's learning. It isn't a substitute for school or professional educational advice, and we can't promise any specific learning outcome or result.

We work to keep pprep running well, but it's provided on an "as is" basis and we may update, pause or change features over time. We may also update these terms; the date near the top shows when they last changed.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
